As a System Administrator for the Innovation Hub, you play a crucial role in managing user access and system settings and ensuring a seamless experience for all users. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for key administrative tasks.
Each partner has a user limit based on the Innovation Hub package they have purchased,
1. User Roles & Permissions
The Innovation Hub assigns different permissions based on user roles:
- SysAdmin - Manage organizations & users
- Wave Developer - Develop and customize InfoPlugins
- Wave Master - Create, deploy, and manage Wave processes
2. First-Time Login & Setup
Logging into the Innovation Hub for the First Time:
- Visit your Innovation Hub login page.
- Enter your administrator credentials (provided via email). If you do not have an account, contact MyWave support: support@mywavesupport.zendesk.com .
- Upon login, you will be directed to the Innovation Hub Dashboard, where you can begin system setup.
3. User Management
1. Granting Access to Users
To provide users with access to the Innovation Hub:

Click ”…” next to the organization name.

Select Users.
- Click Add User

Enter the user’s email address.

Assign roles (SysAdmin, Wave Developer, Wave Master).

Click Save.

The user will receive an activation email with a 24-hour expiration window.
2. Editing User Roles
To modify a user’s roles:
- Navigate to Users.
- Select the user.
- Check or uncheck roles as needed.
- Click Save.
3. Removing a User
To remove a user:
- Go to Users.
- Click the X icon next to the user.
- Confirm by selecting Yes, Delete. Note: You cannot remove yourself .
- Click Save
4. Resending an Expired Activation Email
When a new user is added to the Innovation Hub, they receive an activation email with a 24-hour expiration window. If they fail to activate their account in time, the activation link expires, and they will be unable to log in.
To resolve this, you must remove the expired user and re-add them, which will automatically generate a new activation email.
📌 Users should check their spam folder if they do not receive the activation email.
